While nursing old people I learned many things:

1. I learned no one is ever really prepared for old age
2. I saw in in the eyes of my patients getting old is lonely and painful
3. I have seen that mature children will not always take care of their elderly parents
4. I realised being rich when young, does not mean you will have money when you are old.
5. I noticed that some might loose their minds in the growing old proses
6. Others have lost the ability to control a body, but the mind is sound.
7. I learned we have no control over what happens to us when we get old.

Old people need family, friends, company, understanding and patients.

They also need GOD.
